The Supreme Citizens Charter is designed to encourage constitutional literacy, equal civic dignity, independent judgment, peaceful disagreement, institutional accountability, and active participation.
Purpose
The Charter offers a common civic vocabulary that can be used across political, ideological, cultural, and regional differences. Its focus is the constitutional relationship between citizens and government rather than loyalty to a particular party or personality.
It promotes effective government under constitutional accountability—not powerless government, personal sovereignty, or exemption from civic obligations.
Civic-educational status
A framework for learning and participation
The Charter is a civic and educational document. It does not create legal rights, replace the United States Constitution, supersede federal or state law, substitute for judicial decisions, or provide legal advice. Constitutional references are intended to encourage civic understanding and lawful participation.
